Support Is Available 24/7
If you or someone in your family needs help, there are resources available:
Local 24/7 Crisis Line: Call 1-800-567-4673 (HOPE) to contact trained local professionals for immediate support.
National 988 Crisis Line: Call or text 988 anytime to reach a crisis counselor.
Knowing the right number to call can make a difference during a crisis.
In a medical emergency or life-threatening situation, call 911 for emergency response. This includes the immediate danger of harm to oneself or others. For community resources, dial 211 or visit allen211.org. They can connect you with finding food assistance, housing support, or local counseling services. These services ensure no one has to face challenges alone. Stay informed, stay connected, and reach out when you need help.
